Dr Khoi is one of the best dentist I’ve ever met. He’s so kind and patient and listening to my needs. One of my wisdom teeth was broken by an inexperienced dentist who left a cut on my upper right side wisdom tooth, and I felt not painful but weird and I accidentally used a chopstick to make it worse. I saw a five-star reviewed dental clinic and the dentist very consistently recommended to extroout the tooth, but the X-ray showed the tooth superficially good and good location without influencing the next tooth. I show my concern that the removal of the tooth may have side effect on my teeth or nerve. But the dentist persisted on pulling my tooth out. I still didn’t felt pain at the time.I really felt like to see other dentist suggestion. After search for nearby dentist, I found Kenmore Dental Clinic has great review and so I call and they even book appointment for my urgent request. After seeing Dr Khoi I felt so appreciated when he said he would try to fill the tooth and keep observing it if it needed to be removed and I could get a half price for it. He’s such great top dentist in Brisbane compared with other dentists that I ever met. He intimately understood what you need. And wisdom tooth filling is kind of very challenging one. It took he almost one hour to finish it. And I didn’t felt painful during the whole process. And he kindly helped me to get the fill better with let me book a free second check. Such a great dentist and I can’t recommend him to you any more.

Dr. Nguyen is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I are new to Brisbane and were searching for the right dentist. We're so glad we found Kenmore Dental Clinic. I was initially drawn by their high Google ratings, and now I understand why they have a perfect 5/5 score - it’s well deserved. Along with Yen, they provided exceptional professional service. We had a check-up and cleaning, and the entire process was efficient, thorough, and affordable. We also received valuable tips on maintaining daily oral hygiene. Will definitely return regularly (I have secured my appointments till 2026!), and hope more people discover this wonderful clinic.

Dr Nguyen saw me within 30 minutes of calling as I had part of a tooth shear off after flossing. Another clinic that I had been attending every year for ten years told me that they are booked for the rest of the year and that I would be put on a wait list for any cancelation. An offer was made to wait to and a half weeks before being attended. I was not sure if the old filling left would last that long. I was so pleased that Dr Nguyen could attend to me almost immediately. He owns his own practice unlike the one I had been attending for 10 years where I now felt like a dollar sign walking in through the door. The other practice has four dentists but obviously loyalty as a patient does not matter. I highly recommend Dr Nguyen for his professionalism. He also opens on Saturday mornings, unlike the large practice that I used to go to for so many years. Bigger practices are not always better.

An accident happened on Saturday afternoon, after many calls to different dentist clinics we couldn't get hold of any dentist to treat my little one urgently. As a desperate mum with the last hope, I rang Dr. Khoi. He firmly told me to come to the clinic after 15mins and he will be there. I couldn't believe it, drove all the way to the clinic then saw Dr. Khoi. He came to open the clinic just for us. He went on his way above and beyond to provide the treatment to the little boy without causing any anxiety and discomfort. I would highly recommend this professional practice to anyone.

When a family member developed an abscess, he went out of his way to provide immediate assistance, showcasing a genuine commitment to patient well-being. Since moving to this country in 2009, I've seen six different dentists, and without a doubt, he stands head and shoulders above the rest. We saw Dr Nguyen as an emergency (trauma) for my young daughter. He was wonderful and saw us immediately . Both he and nurse, Yen were compassionate, comprehensive and conscientious. Very impressed with Dr Khoi Nguyen and his team. They did an amazing job with whitening my teeth ( several shades whiter ) along with restoring a misshapen tooth. They also have an amazing special on Occlusal Splints atm … if you are having issues with grinding and biting whilst sleeping.
